Write This Down is a skeptic-proof way to understand spirituality, as it is based on logic rather than belief. It is a unique approach to self-help, as it teaches you how to think rather than telling you what to think. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Once you understand how your mind works, you can apply it to anything, allowing you to access the art of free thinking.

Since 2019, Vaske has been taking notes from the universe and is prepared to share them with you. Each sentence in Write This Down is a collaboration between Vaske and the universe, as she transcribes messages received throughout her experiences.

Write This Down is composed of two parts: Metacognition and Metacommentary. Metacognition is a compilation of litizations that have accumulated throughout various eras of Vaske’s life, and Metacommentary is making sense of those litizations. Metacommentary turns these litizations into a pragmatic approach to spirituality using psychology.

Vaske identified patterns as she examined her thought processes and began to decode the human experience based on laws of the universe. She discusses the ego-higher self alliance dynamic and how they each play a role in our existence throughout major concepts within this dimension.
